When you join our CSA, you’re securing a consistent supply of high-quality, nutrient-dense beef while directly supporting a working family farm.
Shares run in 6-month cycles — and you can join at any time. Full payment is required upfront. Payments accepted are cash, check, zelle, venmo, and credit card.
Choose between half share and full share options. Customers will receive a variety of cuts each month. Cuts may include but are not limited to steaks, roasts, stew cubes, sausages, or ground beef.
Pick up is monthly. Choose between Gardiner and Walden locations. More information about pick up is below.
Option 1 – Half Share
$480 total for 6 months
Approx. 5 lbs of assorted beef monthly
(Equivalent to $80 per month)
Option 2 – Full Share
$900 total for 6 months
Approx. 10 lbs of assorted beef monthly
Save $10 per month
(Equivalent to $150 per month)
Example of a full share for 2 months:
Month 1: 3 lbs ground beef, 3 lb roast, 2 lb London broil, 1 lb NY Strip, 1 lb sandwich steaks
Month 2: 2 lbs ribeye, 2 lbs sirloin, 2 lbs ground beef, 3 lb brisket, 1 lb shanks
Please note we will try to get as close as possible to 10 lbs, but there will be some variation. For example one month maybe be 9.72 lbs then the next month maybe 10.41 lbs.

Offsite Pickup – Walden

• First Monday: 6–7 PM
• First Thursday: 6–7 PM
